Description:

Ana B. Hernández-Lara is senior lecturer and Director of the Department of Business Management at Rovira i Virgili University (Spain). She obtained her PhD at Pablo de Olavide University (Spain) in 2007 about the influence of corporate governance on innovation. Her research lines are related to corporate governance, innovation, internationalisation and the tourism sector. She currently participates in different research groups and projects about the internasionalization process of Spanish firms and their innovation strategies.
