The Social and Organizational Analysis research group of the Rovira i Virgili University organizes this conference as part of the project "New Poverty and social exclusion of youth in Spain" and "Gender, Poverty and social exclusion" both funded by National Plan for R & D 2008-2013. The aim of the conference is to present different approaches and perspectives in the study of poverty and social exclusion through presentations of renowned experts and the presentation of the main results from the projects.
